Okay...so I'm giving Chuck E. Cheese 5 stars on a Wednesday, when they have 1 hour of unlimited play for $14.99 (per person). My daughter now has soccer practice in Modesto every Wednesday and I need to keep my 4 year old son busy! We're 25 min away so I don't want to drive back and forth. Sooo, I found out about this deal and "booms" it's perfect!!! It wasn't busy at all when we got there at 6:45 pm, although at the end of our hour I saw more people in there (nothing major). What I like about this place is that when you first walk in, the adult and the children walking in are both given a stamp (by the employee) on the arm that has the same number. Then the employee let's you go in through the swinging door. The kids have a lot of room to play and run around. There are different machines that are geared towards different age groups. I mean, even us adults can have fun there! The employees working this shift were really friendly, I felt comfortable and definitely enjoyed my time. They have a "all you can eat salad bar" that is around $8 or $9 dollars. I didn't eat but it actually looked good (sadly I didn't get a picture). They have pizza, wings, ice cream and a soda machine...they even have beer (please drink responsibly). Before we can actually walk out through the swinging doors, there is an employee making sure the adult and the child's number match. Super safe, I love that. Anyway, I had a great experience tonight, but my son enjoyed it more...we will be back soon :)

Update- Someone from corporate reached out to me and sent us a nice surprise. They sent us 500 tickets to redeem for a prize and 400 play points. My son was very excited to receive this and we are very thankful. We went back a few days ago and did notice that the larger sign for summer hours is still incorrect... but there is a small sign on the door too now with their updated summer hours... you cannot see the sign from your car, you have to go to the door to see it, but it's there.
Everyone was SO nice this time and it is really worth it to go early and beat the crowds. I am impressed they took the time to redeem themselves and we will definitely be back!

Pretty annoying that their official website says they open at 10 am. We got there at 10 am today and their door says they open at

I can't believe the lack of service there is at a children's place. I had to tell two different people of a machine being out not any of them communicated to me about what was going on they just had me standing there by the machine until I went to someone else is when brian came out with an attitude and the other person just stated "he was on break" get it together Chuck E. Cheese make sure your employees are happy and friendly.

This is so sad that I am writing a review for a Chuck e cheese visit, but it had to be done. I am glad they are spending money on a "bouncer," as opposed to working machines.

The balloon game, tossing game, baseball toss, skeeball and others were not functioning. There were no out of order signs, but by the third time in 5 minutes trying to find an employee for "reimbursement," I just gave up. I frequent 3 Chucksters in Sacramento, and Modesto pales in comparison to all 3.

Oh, and they use to advertise their games as only a token. Now, as opposed to 10 or 15 points a game, EVERY game is 20. Inspired by a different money making mouse, there?

Don't waste your money here. You spend too much for games that don't work and employees who don't care. I'm sure there is a pizza place nearby that's "incredible" in comparison

This place blows. The service sucks and they never clean the tables. Even if you ask them to clean a table that your waiting for. So you end up cleaning everything up yourself. Then you order the "Sampler" and they screw you with the food that you wait for over 25 min for and pay over $24.00 for. Then you go and tell them why your food don't look like the picture they advertise on the menu. And say. Your lucky you got more fries than usual. You can see what i got and what the picture shows you what you are supposed to get. Would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. I wish I could give this place a -5 stars.
